COOK ANGELS LLC founded by two of Le Cordon Bleu’s top alumni. These Chefs are Members Of The American Culinary Federation and The Le Cordon Bleu Alumni Association.

Chef Shahida Ascencio, native of Boston Massachusetts found a passion for cooking at the early age of six. Relocated to Atlanta in late 2006 to continue her pursuit in the culinary world. Chef Shahida brings to the table the energetic flair of the northeast as well as her multiethnic heritage. Chef Shahida has over ten years of restaurant, catering and hotel experience.

Chef Le Jonya Palmore, native of Cleveland Ohio embraced her gift of creativity in the kitchen at the fresh age of ten, helping her Mother with the family catering business. Chef Le Jonya’s innovative passion for pastry and garde manger rings forth in her dishes.

Chef Le Jonya has been in the greater Atlanta area for two years and has over fifteen years of catering and personal chef experience. Together this dynamic duo embark in the beauty of using fresh locally grown products, and always researching the top innovative dishes from all over the world to bring you pure culinary goodness!
